This week has me thinking and during some reading I came across this gem of writing letters. However, it was not what you think. You are not writing the letter to a person, rather that you are receiving a letter from someone else. This is suppose to help with role playing on your well being. As we tend to have a hard time expressing gratitude authentic within ourselves. So it's kinda like stepping outside of the box, to look within.
I thought I would share the role play of "I wish you well" with my readers. I want you to get in touch with your authentic self. WRITE A LETTER: “I wish you well”. Imagine you receive a letter from someone (who is still alive or who has passed away) and who wishes you well. Let your choice of the person you imagine as ‘the writer’ of the letter spontaneously arise. Write this letter. Use about 25 min to write the letter. Use about 5 min to write about what you experienced when working with this exercise. You can decide to read the letter aloud to someone or you can post it on this website. Save the letter anyway and reread the letter regularly. Focus on the joy.

Seeing our own worth at times is really hard to do. I know in life I have struggled myself. I have to take moments and remind myself to find my power. So want a starting point to help you explore finding your inner power? First you need to explore the awareness of body and breathe. Mindful light meditation. This allows your body a moment to relax. The brain to reset. After all our brains are just computers in this matrix here on earth, we sometimes just need to reset them even if it is just for a brief moment. So, take your time to find a comfortable position. Pay attention to your breathing. Notice how you breath in and out. Notice how your body is making contact with ground, if you are sitting in a chair, notice your feet planted firmly to the ground. If you are laying down, noticed how your body is connect to the earth. Now sense your breathe in your belly and how it flows out of your body and you release all. Take your time with your breathe.
Now we are going to ask ourselves some well being questions. These questions are designed to look at our personal definition of what well being and finding our power means in relation to our universal mind set. Allow your attention to float into the middle part of your body, the place where you usually feel things, these are your chakras. Don't be surprised if these areas start to hurt, they are processing serious questions. However, once you start dealing with the issues, you will see the areas slowly subside. Ask yourself these questions.
Remember after this intense session to find your power within yourself, remember that the universe is always with you. So focus on the light inside. Do another light meditation and as always drink plenty of water after. If you do this and find that this has been helpful and like to share, I would love to hear your experiences of reconnecting with the power you have inside you. Stay blessed! |
