So we are going to talk about a touchy subject for some emotions. Emotions balance who we are and shape how we feel daily. More important they effect our chakra systems. We actually have 22 chakra points, however you may have heard of the main 7. Which I have listed below. I am not going to get in huge detail about each one of the chakras today, however as you can see each one is tied to an emotion or feeling. It is tied into a power, a energy. Here is the deal on a daily base, our chakras are always out of balance, say what? Did I just say that? But why? Here is the emotional wheel, like the color wheel the emotional wheel acts the same way. Every emotion has its cause and effect. For example we will use the emotion MAD- when you are mad, you have emotions attached to being mad, such as which are on the wheel hurt, hostile etc. This can lead to actions of being distant, frustrated etc. This emotion, can be tied into all of our chakra systems. In order to counteract these emotions, you have to basically go to the other side of the wheel. So here is the flipside of the wheel, the positive side of the house. Joyful, Powerful and Peaceful side of the house. So the idea is when you are feeling the other side of the wheel to seek out this side of the wheel. For example. That MAD emotion earlier you was feeling, you can turn that into something POWERFUL, basically you are taking back the power that was taken away from you. Ask yourself a few questions? Why am I am I angry? Is this really important? Will this be important 10 minutes from now? 24 hours from now? A year from now? This happens a lot with our daily lives. As a society we tend to get mad over silly things, we allow that to take power over us, so the we need to be AWARE of what and why. Life is to short. This emotional wheel goes around and around, endless cycle. We just need to be more aware of how to use it. Take a look at the wheel as see how it works in your life. Life is all about balance. So chakra systems have the same effect. We are never 100% in balance. Sorry, to tell you it does not matter how "enlighten" you are the chakra systems will never be 100%. OMG, you are saying this and you are a "guru". I am saying this as a messenger. I don't care what bullshit you read out there, chakra systems are always in need of work. They change daily. Every day, they need balance. One day, your throat chakra will be fine the next it might be so open that you feel so out of touch. This is why keeping our emotions is so important to balance. Not only our emotions affect the chakra systems, but what we do on a daily base. What we choose to surround ourselves. So my question to you- How do you choose to live your life? So this is just one of the tools in life you can use to help keep your emotional balance, in turn which will help keep your chakra health in check. Remember change your language, change the way you think and reclaim the power within yourself.
